Where appropriate, and to further contain litigation costs, we have historically shared responsibility with proactive in-house counsel. Continuity of representation is of a paramount concern. The trial lawyer retained at inception will remain on the matter and give the time and attention required, delegating to other attorneys only on a cost-effective basis.
